St Edward's College is an all-boys Catholic Independent School on the Central Coast of NSW with an enrolment of 950 students in Years 7 to 12. The Learning Assistant works closely with teachers and the Leader of Diverse Learning in delivering educational programs that support the development of literacy, numeracy and oral skills in an inclusive learning environment. The Learning Assistant plays a key role in supporting students and teachers in the effective functioning of a classroom through the application of a range of principles and processes designed to facilitate student learning in a caring environment.
We are looking for someone with strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to take on challenges and the capacity to contribute to an educational community filled with energetic and committed educators.



If you have qualifications and experience in supporting student learning growth and in developing and implementing strategies to allow students to access the curriculum, along with an interest in the use of technology to support student learning then you are the type of skilled that we are looking for.
