WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are an admitted lawyer in NSW (or eligible to be)+haveminimum 3+ yearsPAEin family law(no maximum limit);
Have proven ability toautonomouslymanage your own family law files from start to finish;
Have solid technical knowledge of family law legislation +court practice/procedures in the Family/Children's/Federal Circuit courts;
Have strong drafting/negotiation/client-management skills;
