Australian Unity Limited is seeking Home Care Support Workers to provide in-home assistance to our aged care customers in Connabarbran and surrounding areas.
You will perform tasks like cleaning, laundry, meal prep, personal care, appointments, shopping, and social outings, while building trusted relationships with clients and their families.
A current Australian Driver's Licence, access to a reliably insured vehicle, and availability to rosters Monday to Friday are required; you'll receive a
