WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are EITHER aconveyancing paralegal/secretaryORconveyancerORJunior Property Lawyer;
have a minimum of12 months (preferably MORE)proven HANDS-ON experience inresidential property conveyancing[essential] managing your own files includingPEXAexperience;
have some experience inleasing and/or sale/purchase of business[preferable but NOT ESSENTIAL];
have solid time prioritisation+ communication/interpersonal skills;
are deadline driven, proactive, results-oriented, can multi-task+ highly ADAPTABLE;
Have strongMICROSOFT OFFICE(Word/Excel/Powerpoint/Outlook) skills;
