We are interested in hearing from you if you:
Are a registered Australian/NZ qualifiedTM attorneyOR dually qualifiedsolicitor/TM attorneyresiding anywhere in Australia (preferably Sydney but open to any location provided you're happy to work remotely);
have aminimumof2 years (or more)experience intrade marks[essential] including some disputes experience [preferable];
have solid knowledge of current trademark law+ practice;
have high attention to detail+ strong drafting/communication/people skills+ commercial acumen;
have anentrepreneurial spiritwilling to participate in business development/marketing;
