We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivatedService Advisorfor our growingHyundaibusiness inChatswood.
This position is for animmediate startand is ideal for someone wanting to work in a busy environment, with exceptional training provided to further their career.
To succeed in this role, you will be expected to:
Assist customers with bookings and service enquiries
Quote on service and repairs
Process repair orders and invoices
Liaise with mechanics, salespeople and other internal staff
Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved
Meet and exceed sales targets as set by management
The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:
Experience in ERA
Self-motivated
Well-organised




Able to work in a team environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Willingness to learn
Neat and tidy appearance
A friendly attitude
