Noosafit 24/7 is seeking a very personable, energetic and self‐driven Club Manager to take ownership of daily operations and member experience within our friendly, local community‐based 24/7 gym.
Noosafit's members are everyday people of all ages and fitness levels adding to their quality of life through exercise.
The manager's role is perfect for a fitness professional who is a people person, who thrives on building relationships, and excels in a hands‐on environment where initiative and personality matter.
Key Responsibilities
Build solid, positive relationships with members and the local community
Manage daily club operations, membership sales and record maintenance
Maintain a clean, safe and well‐presented facility
Collaborate with personal trainers and support a positive team culture
Develop and execute local marketing and social media strategies
Conduct member inductions,



programming and some small group training
Motivate & encourage members and support their fitness goals
Promote and sell Personal Training packages
About You
Minimum Certificate III in Fitness (cert IV an advantage but not essential)
Bubbly & friendly, approachable, confident communicator, builds genuine relationships
Passionate about fitness and healthy living
Self‐motivated with the ability to work independently as well as a team player
Reliable, organised and solutions‐focused
Comfortable using Microsoft Office programs and CRM/membership software
