NSLHD Patient Access and Logistics Service (PALS) is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Registered Nurse to support patient access and flow.
You will work 28 hours per week in St Leonards, coordinating inter-hospital transfers and utilizing the Patient Flow Portal and eMR to ensure timely, secure patient care.
Applicants must hold AHPRA Division 1 registration and demonstrate advanced nursing skills in care planning and transfer of care.
