WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
have aminimumof12 months [or more] post-qualification experienceas a registered Australian/NZ patent attorney [ORtraineepatent attorney with minimum 2 years' experience OR are anoverseas qualifiedpatent attorney currently nearing qualification in Australia/NZ];
have a degree or higher qualification inENGINEERING[biomedical, electrical, mechanical aeronautical, telecommunications and/or computer engineering]ORSCIENCE[Chemistry, Physics, Geophysics, Biology] ORIT/COMPUTER SCIENCE;
have hands-on experience in prosecuting/drafting mechanical patents [essential] and some opposition experience [desirable];
have strong drafting, technical, analytical + communication/people skills + strong commercial acumen;
