Office Administrator – HVAC-R & Electrical | Sunshine Coast
We're looking for an Admin Superstar to be the engine room of the office.
You'll keep our techs moving, our customers happy and our systems tidy.
This isn't a "sit in the corner and file" job.
You'll get real ownership, and as we grow there's room to step into a bigger role in operations, scheduling, accounts or office management.
What you'll be doing
Answering phones and emails, and being the friendly first point of contact for customers
Creating jobs, quotes and invoices in SimPro
Following up quotes, chasing approvals and keeping customers in the loop
Accounts support in Xero: invoicing, payments and supplier bills
Ordering stock and dealing with suppliers
Keeping records, compliance docs and licences up to date
General office support.
Whatever it takes to keep the wheels turning
What we're looking for
Previous admin experience.




Trade or service industry experience is a big plus
Strong organisational skills.
You love a to-do list and you finish it
Confident on the phone and a explicit communicator
Good with computers and quick to learn new systems.
SimPro and Xero experience is a bonus, but we'll train the right person
Able to juggle a busy day without dropping the ball
A positive, can-do attitude.
