Afford is seeking a dedicated Male Community Access Support Worker to help clients with disabilities live independently in their community across Current South Wales.
You will provide high-quality support aligned with individual plans, promote rights, and assist with daily activities, appointments, and community participation.
This role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support or above, a current First Aid certificate, a valid driver's license, and willingness to obtain essential checks.
