About the Role
As our Night Auditor, you will:
Reception Desk Management:Oversee guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift.
Night Audit & Reporting:Process the nightly audit and generate reports to ensure accurate financial records.
Security Monitoring:Assist in monitoring building security to ensure guest safety.
Operational Support:Aid the day team in operations to maintain exceptional service standards.




Shift Timing:Work from 11 PM to 7 AM, accommodating the unique needs of night-time guests.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess:
Self-Starter Attitude:Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Customer Service Focus:A positive attitude and genuine commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
Hotel Experience:Experience in a similar role
Technical Proficiency:Experience with property management systems like Protel is highly regarded.
Attention to Detail:Solid organizational, written, and communication skills.
Flexibility:Willingness to work weekends and evenings across a 7-day roster.
