Lead the Team Behind Exceptional Patient Services Are you an experienced catering professional with a passion for leading people and delivering quality support services?
Join our team as a Services Team Leader - Utilities & Catering, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients, residents and staff receive high-quality catering, cleaning, linen and laundry services every day.
What We're Looking For
Trade qualifications or equivalent skills as a Cook
Experience leading catering and support service teams
Experience across catering, cleaning, linen and laundry services
Strong rostering, organisational and work prioritisation skills
Experience providing staff guidance, training and safe work practices
Confidence using Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds
The ability to exercise sound judgement, initiative and problem-solving in a busy environment.
