Peoplecorp in Melbourne is seeking a hands-on Remuneration & Perks Specialist on a six-month fixed-term contract to lead Australia and New Zealand reward initiatives.
You will translate global reward frameworks for the local market, interpret enterprise agreement pay provisions, prepare bonus calculations, and manage the annual reward calendar and job levelling reviews.
You will work autonomously and partner with an overseas manager to align local practices with global standards.
