Job Description
Provide architectural leadership to establish anenterprise-wideAgent Orchestration and Management Control Tower.
The role will define andguide the implementation of core capabilities that enable secure, scalable andgoverned delivery of AI/automation agents across afederated operating model,while providing asingle pane of glassfor visibility, control,assurance and intervention.
Key Accountabilities
Architecture & Strategy
Define thetarget architecture, reference patterns and roadmapfor the AgentControl Tower, aligned to enterprise standards and mining operational riskexpectations.
Translateconceptual wiring intoimplementable architecturecoveringplatforms, integrations, governance, and runtime controls.
Agent Lifecycle Governance
Architectand standardize agentregistration, approval, validation and policybinding.
Establishpermission‐baseddiscovery and catalogingof agents and tools across business units.
Ensurelifecycle governance is embedded into federated delivery pipelines.
Orchestration & Control
Defineorchestration patterns to enable controlled agent invocation, tool accessand inter‐agent interaction.
Establishcontrol points (e.g. gateways/proxies, policies,



contracts) to enforceenterprise guardrails.

Coachteams, drive adoption of guardrails, and ensure architectural integrity atscale.
