Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage on your own small portfolio of circa 180 properties with support
NO leasing
NO BDM duties
NO trust accounting
+ admin support
80% of properties are local to Craigieburn
Skills and experience required for the role:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Property Manager
VIC Agents Rep
Avalid driver's license
Robust communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
