Key Responsibilities
This role is heavily focused on-siteassessments, scoping, and project oversight, so being confident on-site and commercially minded is key.
Conductregular site visitsto assess damage, monitor progress, and ensure quality of works
Prepare detailedScopes of Works, estimates, and project schedulesbased on site findings
Attendinitial site meetings with clientsand build strong, ongoing relationships




Manage trades and technicians, setting transparent expectations and ensuring works are delivered to scope
Monitor projects end-to-end, includingbudget, margin, timelines, and variations
Identify and raisevariations quicklyto avoid impact on project outcomes
Completeweekly job reviews and reporting, including key dates, margins, and job updates
Ensure all works are completed to a high standard throughconsistent site inspections
Review and approve trade invoices, ensuring works are completed as quoted before sign-off
What We're Looking For
Experience in estimating or scoping works is advantageous, but not essential
Confidence working on-site and engaging with clients
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple jobs
Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering strong outcomes
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
