Hours: Up to 40 hours per week

We are seeking aCommunity & Stakeholder Engagement Specialistto join a high-profile NSW Government team and play a key role in connecting communities, stakeholders, and project teams across major initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver strategic community and stakeholder engagement programs.
Design and implement engagement and communication strategies that influence decision-making
Create compelling content across digital, social media, presentations, web,



and internal communication channels.
Lead community consultations, workshops, forums, and engagement events.
Build and maintain robust relationships with government, industry, community, andAboriginal stakeholders.
Use research, analytics, and insights to measure engagement effectiveness and inform future strategies.
About You
Demonstrated experience in community and stakeholder engagement, communications, or public affairs.
Experience developing and implementing engagement strategies within complex environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders.
Experience working within Government or large infrastructure/project environments will be highly regarded.
