Esplanade Hotel Fremantle by Rydges is seeking an experienced Assistant Outlets Manager to support the Outlets Manager in leading the hotel's Food & Beverage outlets, including Atrium Garden Restaurant, Ball & Chain, Marine Lounge Bar, Poolside Bar, Minibar and Room Service.
This hands-on leadership role covers day-to-day operations, team performance, labour control, guest experience and compliance across outlets, with opportunities for growth opportunities within EVT's hotel and entertainment network.
