Job duties include:
Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently - this could involve use of different systems and manual operations
Managing customer inquiries via phone and email
Liaison with sales, production, warehouse and transport teams to see orders through to completion
Preparing invoices and credit notes
Generating daily reports and maintaining customer records




Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets to coordinate tasks
General admin support and a flexible approach to work job duties - if the job is there it needs to be done
You will need:
To have good strong customer service skills and an attitude that promotes getting the job done calmly and efficiently
Ideally a manufacturing background
Aptitude to cope with different systems and manual operations
Good strong excel skills
Attention to detail and a real can-do attitude
An ability to lead the team at times though this is certainly a hands-on role
The skill to juggle multiple tasks at once and remain focused
