About the role

As Store Manager, you will:
Lead, coach and develop a team of approximately 5-15 team members
Create a positive, customer-first culture where your team can succeed
Drive store performance through solid leadership and operational excellence
Manage rostering, stock control and daily store operations
Maintain high standards across merchandising, presentation and compliance




Build strong relationships with your local community and regular customers
Coach and develop future retail leaders
Take ownership of store performance while leading from the front
What you'll bring
Previous Store Manager or strong retail leadership experience
A hands-on leadership style with a passion for developing people
Strong operational and organisational capability
Confidence driving team performance and achieving business goals
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
The ability to motivate, coach and inspire diverse teams
Experience within retail, convenience, fuel or hospitality will be highly regarded
