Commercial HVAC Technician
for a permanent position at a prestigious Melbourne facility.

Rotating 12 hour day and night shifts

The Role
Maintain and fault find commercial HVAC and mechanical plant
Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests




Monitor BMS alarms and building plant performance
Carry out preventative maintenance and minor repairs
Complete digital work orders, reports and documentation
Participate in occasional standby duties
What You'll Need
The following qualifications are mandatory:
Restricted Electrical Licence (REL)
You will also need:
Strong commercial HVAC service and fault finding experience
Knowledge of AHUs, pumps, fans and mechanical plant
Solid computer skills and experience using CRM systems and programs
Good reporting and documentation skills
Flexibility to work rotating day and night shifts
