DWS is seeking a hands-on Pega Developer to join an enterprise delivery team for an important Pega Infinity '26 upgrade and transition to the Pega Constellation UI framework.
The successful candidate will work across Pega development, UI modernisation, workflows and business rules, supporting the migration to Constellation and ensuring existing and new functionality is compatible with the Infinity '26 platform.
This is a delivery-focused position suited to a Pega Developer who can collaborate with Pega Architects, Developers, Business Analysts and technical specialists through development, testing, deployment and transition into BAU.

Support the Pega Infinity '26 upgrade, including compatibility assessment, remediation and regression testing.
Refine functional and technical requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Configure and develop customer-facing visualisation and reporting functionality.
Develop and enhance Pega workflows, business rules and data presentation services.




Identify and remediate application components impacted by the Infinity '26 upgrade or transition to Constellation.
Work with the BAU platform team on workplace readiness, upgrade activities, release planning and technical dependencies.
Support UAT activities, including defect investigation, troubleshooting and remediation.
Prepare and support production deployments, hypercare and operational readiness.
Maintain source code, technical documentation, deployment procedures and operational support material.
Provide knowledge transfer and support the formal transition of solutions into BAU.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, showcases and retrospectives.
Work closely with internal Pega Developers, Architects, Business Analysts and other delivery partners.
Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture, cyber security, accessibility, development, QA and release-management standards.
