THE WORK: Join Accenture's Utilities practice to support energy, water, and infrastructure clients through business and technology transformation initiatives.
You will work closely with client stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver Business and technology strategies and transformations across the Utilities industry.
This role will involve sharing expertise and engaging across various areas to support collective success.

Support the delivery of business and technology transformation programs for Utilities clients.
Analyze and improve business processes to enhance operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, validate, and translate business requirements into practical solutions.
Work with delivery and technology teams to support successful implementation outcomes.
Assist in managing project activities, risks, and client communications.
Support business development activities, including proposal contributions and client presentations.




Mentor and steer junior consultants and contribute to a cooperative team environment.
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Experience supporting transformation, technology, or operational improvement projects.
Experience in business process analysis and process improvement.
Understanding of Utilities industry operations and business challenges, incl.
impact of the Energy Transition.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with AI and how AI impacts and transforms large organisations.
Experience with Business Development and account management.
Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage competing priorities.
A minimum of 4 years of relevant consulting or industry experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
