Permanent Part time position based at the Toowoomba Visitor Information Centre.
About the position As a Visitor Information Officer, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing financial and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of Toowoomba Visitor Information Centre.
You will contribute to the delivery of high-quality visitor services through the management of visitor information resources, promotion of the region, retail operations, and the supervision and support of volunteers involved in customer service and administrative support roles.
Working collaboratively with paid staff and a diverse team of volunteers, you will contribute to accurate, welcoming, and inspiring visitor experiences that encourage visitors to enjoy the region and return.
In this position, you will work under regular direction.
The fortnightly work pattern for this position is: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm Week 2: Monday and Tuesday 8:30am - 4:30pm Wednesday 8:30am - 3:20pm Saturday and Sunday 8:45am - 2:30pm During Toowoomba Carnival of Flowers (September/October),



you will be required to work four weeks of Full time hours (including weekend hours).
