ORSR supports sport and recreation organisations, local government, and the community by providing leadership and support through the development and delivery of funding, policy, programs, infrastructure planning and management, and high-performance pathways.

Through its communications function, it enhances the organisation's profile and public presence, while its business operations and governance teams provide specialised corporate support and advice.
Informed by market intelligence, research and evaluation, the division generates industry insights which shape strategy and improve sector outcomes.
The funding services team administers the Sports Vouchers Plus program and manages the assessment and allocation of grants across one off, term and ongoing programs that support industry priorities.
The division also leads commercial and partnership opportunities that leverage ORSR's assets to drive sustainable revenue and maximise value.

Role Details Under the guidance of the Procurement and Contract Services Lead, the Procurement Administration Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Procurement and Contract Services Team and the Procurement Oversight Committee.
The roles provides confidential and accurate administrative support and ensuring compliance with both the Agency's and the Government's standards, policies and procedures.
Special Conditions The Incumbent will be required to participate in the Agency's Performance Management Program.
The Incumbent may be assigned to another position at this remuneration level or equivalent.
This role requires a working with children check.
This role requires a National Criminal History check.
Classification ASO3 - Administrative Services Officer Salary Range $74,095 - $78,694 p.a.
