What you will do The Director, Service Solutions leads the strategy and performance of Service Contracts and Connected Services for Volvo Trucks, Mack Trucks and UD Trucks across Region Australia and selected importer markets.
The role drives sustainable growth, profitability and customer value by developing competitive service solutions and translating strategic priorities into market execution.




Reporting to the Vice President Service Market and as a member of the Service Market Leadership Team, you will work closely with Dealer Principals, dealership leadership teams, sales teams and internal stakeholders to build trust, strengthen collaboration and drive an increase in service contract attachment, connected services penetration and customer lifecycle value.
The role is central to the **** ambition of every truck being sold with a service contract and connectivity-enabled services.
