You will provide complex care to all clients by working both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities Administration of IV, IM, SC and PO medications IV Cannulation Provide complex wound care Accurate/ Timely documentation in all client records.
Appropriate communication within the clinical team to ensure care is provided.




Complete initial assessments/develop care plans to ensure best outcome for our clients.
Monitor and update care plans to ensure appropriate care is provided Deliver education to client and families to enable best possible outcome.
Recognise and respond to clinical deterioration, with appropriate escalation.
What you bring Current AHPRA Nursing Registration Willing to obtain appropriate checks – NDIS and Police Clearance Use of own car – KM allowance provided Full drivers licence CPR and Manual handling Minimum 1 year acute experience Candidates with an understanding of the community nursing sector - Home Care Packages, Department of Veteran Affairs and Commonwealth Home Support Program will be considered favourably A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
