We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Volunteer Salon Receptionist to help brighten our residents' days and keep our vibrant salon running smoothly on Wednesdays from 9:00 AM until 3:00 PM What You'll Be Doing: Serving with a Smile: Greeting residents and clients warmly and offering hot or cold beverages and supporting the Salon hairdresser.
Creating Connections: Safely accompanying residents to and from to their rooms or arranging staff collection.
Running the Front Desk: Assisting with morning setup, checking the appointment book, recording attendance on sales sheets, and scheduling appointments.
What We're Looking For: Experience: Some experience working in a customer service environment would be ideal for this role.
Heart: A genuine passion for supporting seniors and making their day a little brighter.
