$***** per hour + super +penalty rates and performance incentive scheme Permanent, full-time onsite opportunities Monday to Friday 8am – 8pm and Saturday 9am to 5pm if you join our digital team.

Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer service and account management Ability to understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience Support customers through multiple channels.
