Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service standards, controlling operational costs and ensuring the restaurant operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities.
Manage overall store operations, including inventory, merchandising and stock control Lead and Supervise staff to ensure high levels of customer service and efficiency Develop rosters and manage staff training and performance Monitor and analyse sales figures,



costs and profits Ensure compliance with health, safety and legal requirements Coordinate promotional and marketing activities Liaise with suppliers and manage deliveries Skills/Qualification Have Diploma qualification in Retail operation or equivalent OR at least 3 year full time work experience in retail supervisory role Solid leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service and problem solving abilities Ability to manage budgets and meet sales targets Experience in stock management and ordering system Start date: immediately after the job advertisement is closed Please send your resume and brief cover letter to **************************
