As we continue to grow, we're seeking a skilled Laser Programmer who enjoys solving technical challenges, improving processes and contributing to a business where their knowledge and ideas genuinely make a difference.
Working closely with operations, sales and customers, you'll create laser programs, optimise nesting layouts and provide technical support that directly influences production efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities will include: Developing accurate and efficient laser cutting programs from customer drawings and specifications Producing optimised nesting layouts to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste Managing programming files,



revision control and production documentation Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across production and workflow processes Commercial Experience as a Laser Programmer or CNC Programmer Strong CAD and engineering skills Sound understanding of sheet metal manufacturing processes Bonus points for; Experience preparing quotations or estimates Experience with SigmaNEST If you're looking for a role where you can do more than simply push buttons and process jobs, this is it.
