About the role The Student Experience Team Leader is responsible for leading the operational delivery and continuous improvement of culturally enriched services, programs, activities and opportunities that contribute to improved rates of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student success, retention and completion.
The position supervises the Oorala Experience Team, coordinates proactive engagement with students online and on campus and uses available student outcome data to evaluate service effectiveness and recommend improvements within agree Oorala priorities.
The position maintains cooperative relationships with other UNE student-facing and academic services and operates under the general direction of the Manager, Student Engagement, Oorala Aboriginal Centre.
