We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Cook to join our growing kitchen team.
The Role As a Cook, you will play an important role in maintaining the quality and consistency of our food offerings.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking menu items, assisting with kitchen operations, and ensuring all meals are prepared to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities Prepare, cook and present high-quality dishes in accordance with menu specifications.
Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place.
Ensure food quality, consistency and presentation standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels and assist with stock control and inventory management.
Maintain a clean, organised and efficient work area.
Comply with all food safety, hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
Work collaboratively with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.




Assist with receiving and storing food supplies in accordance with food safety standards.
Requirements Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of relevant experience as a Cook in a commercial kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.
