Head of Staffing The Head of Staffing is a Senior Leadership role accountable for the strategy, commercial growth and operational performance of Adecco's SME Staffing business across 11 branches currently in Australia.
The role owns the national SME growth mandate while ensuring robust local sales execution, disciplined team leadership and consistent delivery excellence.
Combining commercial and operational sales and recruitment accountabilities with enterprise-wide strategic leadership, the role sets target markets, determines where Adecco will compete, shapes branch network expansion and builds the capability required to profitably grow customers, market share and brand presence.
