Roshana Community Care – Midland is a 30-resident mental health support facility located in the heart of Midland, adjacent to our Honey Brook Lodge facility.
The home provides a calm and supportive workplace for individuals seeking low-care mental health support in a semi-independent living setting.
About the Role We are seeking compassionate and motivated Mental Health Support Workers to join our team on a Casual basis .
In this role, you will provide recovery-focused, person-centred, and trauma-informed support to residents, promoting independence, wellbeing, and community participation.
The successful candidate will be working across multiple facilities including our Roshana Romily House, BP Luxury and Community Care locations.
