Job Description The role will include but not be limited to: Partner with finance and operational leaders to establish performance priorities aligned to strategic and commercial objectives.
Lead the development and enhancement of management reporting, KPIs and dashboards, providing meaningful insights to support decision-making.
Support the budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational performance.
Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
Drive business performance initiatives,



translating analysis into actionable recommendations that improve profitability, efficiency and growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to improve reporting capabilities, data quality and the consistency of business information.
Support finance systems initiatives, including system enhancements, reporting automation, process optimisation and the implementation of new tools and technologies.
Lead continuous improvement projects across finance and business operations, streamlining processes and enhancing decision support capabilities.
Monitor key performance metrics and project outcomes, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Develop and maintain robust reporting frameworks, governance processes and performance management disciplines to support scalable business growth.
