Senior Project Coordinator
to join a high-performing team in

, delivering a portfolio of major and minor
Civil and Traffic Infrastructure projects

What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and managing civil and traffic infrastructure projects and programs
Overseeing project delivery across infrastructure asset lifecycle phases
Working closely with internal teams, contractors, consultants, Councillors, and external stakeholders
Preparing technical reports, briefings,



and presentations
Providing leadership, guidance, and strategic project support
Managing competing priorities and navigating sensitive or complex issues
Ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with organisational objectives
What We're Looking For
Proven experience managing civil and traffic infrastructure projects and programs
Strong understanding of project delivery frameworks, asset lifecycle management, and program management practices
Exceptional communication, consultation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
Experience leading teams and influencing positive outcomes
Ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including Councillors
Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving capabilities
Sound judgement and the confidence to work autonomously in complex environments
Resilience, adaptability, innovation, and a solutions-focused mindset
