HR reporting, analysing people metrics and trends to inform decision-making and identify improvement opportunities.
Implement all HR initiatives and calendar events and provide ongoing guidance and support to stakeholders.
Provide coaching and advice to leaders on effective people management, capability development, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
Mentor and develop junior HR team members, fostering growth, confidence, and professional excellence.
What you will bring to the team: 8+ years' experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a business partnering capacity, coupled with previous experience on site in a construction / engineering or mining environment.
Strong working knowledge of employment legislation and contemporary HR practices, managing Employee relations, performance management, case management and complex workplace investigations including behavioural cases and interpersonal conflicts.
Exceptional communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills, complemented by solid problem-solving ability and critical thinking.
Brings a genuine passion for HR, driving cultural change, building strong partnerships, and delivering agile, solutions-focused support to meet business needs.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or relevant field desirable Ability to travel to site on business trips, if/when required.
