What the day will look like As part of our continued investment in Specialty Solutions, we are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven Sales Leader to accelerate growth across our Specialty portfolio and strengthen Aon's position as the leading advisor to complex, high-risk and regulated industries.
The opportunity This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving current business acquisition, expanding strategic client relationships and embedding a high-performance sales culture across Aon Specialty.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Specialty leaders, Client Directors, Enterprise Client Leaders and colleagues across Risk Capital and Human Capital to identify opportunities, unlock cross-solution growth and deliver exceptional client outcomes.
