Eli Lilly ANZ is delivering in a period of growth, and this is an exciting prospect to join, engage and lead a team in Cardiometabolic Health for Lilly.
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the Sales representatives in VIC East.
The lead focus for this management role will be cardiometabolic health.




The team is currently based in VIC East and requires ongoing travel by the RBM.
Location base for the role is Melbourne, Victoria.
The RBM will lead, coach, and develop the Sales team in the implementation of Lilly marketing, sales, and key account strategies to deliver outstanding customer service to our Healthcare Professional customers (HCPs), help them appropriately understand Lilly products and ultimately achieve sales and business objectives within required processes, procedures, and regulations.
The RBM will also be accountable for establishing and maintaining key customer and key account relationships across the region.
