The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) is responsible for aiding in the planning and execution of Red Bull's field marketing initiatives, with the mandate of creating the most locally relevant face of our global brand, reporting into the Field Marketing Manager (FMM).
Major responsibilities include executing owned (Red Bull titled/branded) events and supported events, while fostering new and existing partnerships that resonate with a local consumer.
In addition to events and activations, the FMS will directly manage a group of Student Marketeers (SMs) in product sampling and seeding on campus, and across key occasions in order to grow the user base and drive trial.
The FMS will also support the Event Vehicle program within the region, alongside the FMM.
Overall, the FMS will drive awareness and consumption of Red Bull,



and deliver an outstanding Red Bull experience to consumers through every event/activation in the field.
REGIONAL MANAGEMENT OF CONSUMER COLLECTING PROGRAM Own recruitment, training and management of a team of university students to make Red Bull an integral and relevant part of a student's life.
Coach, motivate and mentor Student Marketeers (SMs) to ensure a consistently positive consumer experience, continually reinforce best practices and delivery against the defined strategy.
Together with the Consumer Collecting Manager (CCM) and Field Marketing Manager (FMM) set explicit goals that drive trial, engages new
