About the Role: As a claims analyst, you will be supporting the broader Finance function by managing customer claims processing within the SAP TM system and ensuring accurate and consistent Trade Spend reconciliation across systems and financial statements.
Working cross-functionally with key stakeholders, you will play an important role in maintaining data integrity and supporting reliable financial reporting and business decision-making.

Main Responsibilities: Customer Claims Management Manage customer trade claims, including promotional invoices, credit notes and deductions,



from validation through to approval and posting in SAP TM.
Ensure claims are accurate, appropriately documented and aligned with contractual terms and company guidelines.
Partner with Sales, Trade Marketing and Accounts Receivable to resolve discrepancies, reconcile deductions and ensure timely clearing of outstanding items.
Monitor claims, identify potential risks and drive improvements to further streamline and centralise claims activities within Finance.
