Panthers Group in Australia is seeking an experienced People & Culture Advisor for a part time role, ***** hours per week, with regular travel to Penrith (NSW ****) every 6–8 weeks. You will partner with site leaders to deliver practical HR advice, handle recruitment, employee relations, and team development, ensuring a positive employee experience.
You'll contribute to local decisions, support enterprise initiatives, and maintain records while supporting WHS and staff functions across the group.
