UniLodge Living Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Officer to service UniLodge Lincoln House on Bouverie Street, Carlton. You will maintain the apartments, common areas and building exterior with support from the Maintenance Department.
Key duties include lighting checks and replacements, minor painting and plastering, carpentry and plumbing repairs, stocking and managing spare parts, and responding to urgent maintenance requests. After-hours work may be required.
