Bring your high-volume kitchen experience, commitment to quality and hands‐on leadership to a role where you'll keep service running smoothly and support a tight‐knit crew.
What you'll be doing
Running kitchen shifts through serious peaks
Keeping every plate consistent, quick and to spec
Managing prep, stock rotation, ordering and wastage
Keeping food safety, cleanliness and WHS tight
Training and leading cooks and kitchen hands
Keeping kitchen and front of house in sync
What you'll bring
Experience as a kitchen supervisor, senior cook or sous chef in a high-volume kitchen
Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent experience)
NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate (or willingness to get one)
Speed, stamina and steady leadership
Full Australian work rights
