About the role
You will contribute to a team responsible for providing professional customer focused service to customers of the Planning & Compliance, Corporate Support, Community & Environment andInfrastructure & Major Projects divisions.
This position is essential to;
Providing exceptional high-level customer service to Council's internal and external customers
Processing customer requests and applications, ensuring quality and accuracy is maintained in all customer transactions
Promoting a professional and positive image of Council

Position requirements
Experience with General Pathway, for Applications and Service Requests, TechnologyOne(TechOne), and Kronos system, PCP, GIS system.
