Positions Available,
Full-time - Monday to Friday (11pm to 7am)
Full-time - Monday to Friday (3pm to 11pm)
Full time - Monday to Friday (7am to 3pm)
Daily duties will include but not be limited to
Manual handling and washing of used pots,



pans and associated cooking utensils so they can be used by chefs in production kitchens.
One area dedicated to pots and pans used in Halal food production a separate pot wash used for soiled non-Halal production.
Detail Cleaning of commercial areas including cold rooms, bench tops, walls, floors and ceilings.
Using colour coding practices and systems to ensure no cross contamination.
High pressure washing of kitchen equipment
Applicants must have
Cleaning Experience in commercial areas
Experience with industrial cleaning equipment such as high-pressure washer, floor buffers and polishers are advantageous.
Knowledge of chemical use and PPE
Good communication skills
Understanding of OHS practices
Well-presented and ability to follow safety instructions
Must be able to pass an Australian National Police Clearance
Demonstrate Working Rights in Australia
