About the Role
Bolton's Office National Bendigo is seeking a motivated and organised
Retail Sales Person – Workwear, PPE & Safety
to join our growing team.
This is a fast-paced and hands-on role combining
retail sales, customer service, order processing and internal sales support
for our
Workwear & Safety Business Development team
. You will work with both
retail customers and B2B clients
, supporting everything from individual purchases through to
large workwear and uniform orders
.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality
retail sales and customer service
in Workwear, PPE & Safety
Assist customers with
workwear fittings, sizing and product selection
Process
sales orders, quotes and invoices
accuratelyli>
Support
B2B customers and commercial workwear accounts
Assist with
uniform programs and bulk workwear orders
Coordinate and manage
multiple orders and sales projects simultaneously
Maintain accurate
order tracking, follow-up and customer communication
Support
merchandising, stock control and store presentation
Work closely with the
external sales / business development team
Provide sales support to Bolton's other retail categories.
About You
Proven experience in
retail sales,



customer service or internal sales support
Minimum of 2+ years retail sales experience required
Experience in
workwear, clothing, apparel or safety products
(highly regarded)
Strong ability to
multi-task, prioritise and manage high order volumes
Excellent attention to detail with a
process-driven mindset
Confident working with both
retail and B2B customers
Strong communication and organisational skills
A genuine interest in
workwear, PPE, uniforms and safety equipment
Ability to work in a
fast-paced retail environment
Must be an Australian permanent resident
