THE WORK: We are seeking experienced Control Systems Engineers to successfully execute and deliver process control system engineering services.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED: 3+ years experience with industrial control systems design, programming, and implementation Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or related field Expert knowledge of control system programming languages (ladder logic, structured text, function block etc.) Hands-on experience with multiple PLC brands/platforms (e.g. Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Schneider etc.) Knowledge of industrial network/communication protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus etc.) Excellent documentation skills with ability to create functional specifications, drawings, manuals, FAT and SAT documents etc.
Experience with Danfoss VSDs, instrumentation/field devices, wiring, terminations Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Practical Site experience of automation systems (commissioning and fault-finding experience essential) Previous Water Corporation WA experience will be highly regarded.
